Defective product from Shopclues, no customer support

Buying i kall k42 mobile Rs.1396. from www.shopclues.com. mobile received date july 7’th. return requested on 9’th july 2017 due to defective product. they told contact manfacturer and get service, we are not take return and refund amount. they sending defective product and collect money. sir, pls help to teturn my amount. my order id: 119589832. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
