I have purchased a mobile phone from shopclues.com online on dated 08 06 2017 I have received it on dated 12/06/2017 when I start this mobile phone I found there’s a some manufacturing defect in it so I told to shopclues about defects in brief immediately and requested for reverse pickup and refund my money back. I have contacted them via email but shopclues has rejected my claim by saying returned rejected by merchant and they couldn’t give me refund. I have contacted with shopclues on dated 14/06/2017 after receiving a two days later still then phone is under period of return/replacement according to their return policy they should take return and refund my amount but they refused to do so. Now kindly help me to get my refund it will be a very thankful to you. Product name is s ivoomi me1+
