Defective product from Tsar Ltd

I bought a wooden watch model Tri Classic, from TSAR ltd, and watch had manufacturing defect, which after discussing the matter I packed the watch safely and send it to the retailer back, which upon reception has accused me of breaking the watch and sending, and ask fo extra amount for repairing or sending me the same broken product again. This is matter of the violation of the customer right. Kindly look into the matter at earliest.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
