I have ordered a WD 1tb sata internal hard drive, order no 7825905796. But the product is defective as it doesn’t show on my computer from the first day. So on the same day I have send replacement request. At first they said me that product will be picked up from my receiving address. But after 1 day they call me back, and said that I have to drop this item to their dropbox address which is 150 km from my address. I called them.. They said I can send it by other courier to that address. I did that on 21th August 15 by dtdc courier company.. Consignment no K81372842… But they return my stuff, saying that address is ok but they don’t want to receive this. I called snapdeal, now they r saying to resend it with a reverse pickup form which they send me through my mail id. When I saw it was not for my product. It is for xiomi redmi note back cover. I called SNAPDEAL back… Now they said,they will send that correct form immediately. Which is not being received by me till now… And the story goes on and on.
