Defective Redmi Note 3 and request for replacement

I bought online Redmi Mobile Note -3 on dated 03-oct-2016. (order id 5160930593005199). It became a hot very first day charging. and after 4 days it is also hang. Now its not working. I sent the complaint through email on date 09-oct-2016 which in under ten days. I have called many times to customer care (18001036286). But redmi Executive refuse to me replace the mobile . I request to you please resolve my problem.
