Defective Symphony cooler, complaints not attended within Warranty Period

We seek your help in resolving our complaint with “M/s Symphony Limited” for supplying defective/deficient cooler and not attending our complaint on several reminders during the warranty period.

We have purchased Symphony Jumbo Jr. with Bill No. CA743 on 08/06/2014 for Rs. 6,790/- at Ratlam (M.P) and got delivered on 09/06/2014. We used it for about 15-20 days and then it was not in use due to rainy and winter season.

But this summer (May-2015) when we started the cooler again on 08 May 2015 the cooling was not proper. For few days we observed, after that only we called at Symphony’s Customer Care Cell (Phone No. +91-79-30130111) and made a complaint for the same on 13 May 2015 with Complaint No. IN-MN-13E15010 and IN-MN-3F15002 on various dates. They sent the technician to check the cooler. The technician was unable to find any problem and said that for our satisfaction in the evening he will bring cooling meter to check the cooling but he didn’t came back. I visited Symphony’s distributor “Agrawal Infotech (Agrawal Trading Company)” in Ratlam and lodged a complaint also but they didn’t sent any technician.

Afterwards we called up at Symphony’s Customer Care Cell again on 26 May 2015 and informed them about this matter. They told us to contact Mr. Pxxxxxh Mxxxxxxk and assured that he will resolve the issue. We contacted him on 27 May 2015 and he said that he will send the technician to check the cooler. The technician came and after seeing the cooler he said that he will come next day to change the motor of the cooler and see if it works properly. But till date none of the technician came and addressed the problem.

Inspite of registering the complaint several times, it was not resolved. Everytime on complaining they sent unique code on mobile which is to be revealed on satisfaction/resolution of problem but it seems the company doesn’t have proper mechanism to track customer complaints. Instead they sent default SMS mentioning “complaint is solved”.

Request you to take it to the manufacturer and support me for claiming the amount.
