Defective TV received from PayTM

Regretting my decision of shopping at PayTm!

I have received damage TV from PayTm and I have done Complaint. I got delivery on 7th April and the product was found damaged during the demo. I raised the return on 11th April which as per policy is correct as the seller should accept product within 7 days of delivery in case of defective or damaged product.

It’s 10 days now and there’s no fruitful response. In fact PayTm came up with a new story that the return should be raised within 72 hours of delivery which is totally unethical and against their own return policy available at the product page.

Seems the sellers and PayTm are conning innocent customers. I heared from so many reliable sources that PayTm is in great loss & to recover the losses PayTm selling second hand & damage product to the customers .Now I am going to take legal action against PayTm.
