I have purchased a stabiliser( V-Guard DIGI-200 Voltage stabiliser) ordered from SNAPDEAL on 5/01/2017 for Rs.3979 and was delivered. After two months stopped working and was complained it to authourised service centre, they asked me to bring it to their centre. It was repaired and given back after two days. again after few months stopped working! registered complaint and physically brought to service centre at Shimoga( V-Guard Service No 1-555483179 dated 5th July 2017 and JOb Card No. JC 1-556276741). They advised me to take it to dealer for replacement as it is not possible to repair(. Same was communicated to snapdeal help desk( reference Nos.43299381,42902730, 42865916). after several emails, telephonic conversations and sending images asked me to send it back to them.they picked up the material on 26th july 2017. after few days they sent a mail stating that they are returning the product without replacement.. I replied immediately to the mail and registered my objections… after that there was a call from help center and appologised about the matter and asked me to reurn it back without accepting the parcel. i did the same …again 11th august 2017 they have sent a mail stating that they are sending back my stabiliser without replacement!
my basic question is that when the manufacturer is ready to replace item ( V-GUARD)..why snapdeal is rejecting it… is this is the way of service to customers? I am very disappointed with this .
