Defective Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G from shopclues

I purchased a Xiomi Redmi Note 4G smart phone from on 21-Jun-2015.(Order Number : 57296479). They delivered me a defective product. Inspite of 10 day return policy they didnt accept the defective phone and asked me to visit the Xiomi service center. When contacted with Xiomi I got a mail from Xiomi saying that shopclues is not authorised partner to sell Xiomi Products online. and hence the service center will not accept the phone inspite of being under warrenty. When I showed the mail to shopclues they immediately initiated replacement process, picked up the product from me and delivered back me the same defective phone which I sent them on 14-Aug-2015 (Order number : 64412266).

The Phone was not replaced they sent me back the same Phone having same IMEI number. This time they even didnt provide me the invoice of the product.

Now They are troubling me by not replying to my mails. They started ignoring my mails. Need justice on this.
