I purchased dell laptop in august 2014. after one day its touchpad and rigt click stops working. i tried to call dell customer care. after 15 days they recieved my call. they told to complain via gmail. thn i complain via gmail…thn they keep just trouble shooting on phone but the problem is in harware. i told them to replace the laptop but they didnot agree. laptop colour also starts fading after one month…but dell says its not their responsibility. laptop is having some technical problem. it is not supporting any window. not any driver or graphic card…touchpad is still not working. i want my money back or brand new laptop of dell of same price value with hardware and windows warranty as soon as possible because warranty period is going to be over in august 2015.

  1. I parched new dell pc but dilars is seconhand pc dilevar for mi , i complen dell care , but compny is not supot mi , i pay 33000 and parchej date march 2015 . Dell compny is very bed suport
