I have purchased my mobile, model LG GOOGLE NEXUX 16 GB, from Snapdeal online site. details of phone are as follows:-
Dispatch date is 22 May
Received date is 26 May
Phone invoice no is S3D137/15-16/3786
When I received the phone, I was getting troubles from the phone. the troubles were increasing gradually, troubles were of folloing types:-
1.MUSIC PLAYER IS STRUCKING, THEN IT IS PLAYING AFTER SWITCHING ON OFF THE PHONE
2.THE SAME PROBLEM IS WITH DATA NETWORK. IT IS NOT CATCHING BY ITSELF, THEN AFTER RESTATRTING IT IS CATCHING
3.EVEN IN THE SAFE MODE THE PROBLEM CONTINUES, THEREFORE THE PROBLEM IN THE DEVICE
4.VIDEO PLAYER ALSO AUTO STOPPING (NOT WORKING PROPERLY)
5.RECEIVING WHATSUP MESSAGES EVEN IN SAFE MODE ,WHICH IS ANOTHER MALFUNCTION
6.SOMETIMES EVEN BLUETOOTH IS NOT WORKING
7.EVEN TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT AS EFFECTIVE AS IT SHOULD BE.
So I called up snapdeal call center and asked them to replace my phone or give my money back. They said they are ready to do so, but I have to take my phone to LG service center and they should give in writing that phone has problems, and on that paper basis they will do replacement. But the horrible thing is that LG service center person is admitting orally that phone has problem but he is not ready to give that in writing and snapdeal people keep on insisting on written paper whenever we call them. In this way I have to use defective piece of phone without any problem to selling company. My phone is one month old and is still in warrenty, and it still has problems, and can be checked anywhere. So please help me in getting my new phone which is my right.
