I Ordered a Nikon D750 Body from shopclues on 29/07/15 @ 4 Pm via order no 63488749. Order status showed as Dispatched on 30/07/15 via fedex tracking no 774158348610 with a estimated deliver of 06-08 Aug. FedEx has been showing a status of shipping label created since 29/07/15 and status has been same even today.

Worried about the status I called FedEx on 05 Aug they told me they have not received the product from merchant and the status will remain same until they receive it. I called up Shopclues customer support spoke to Chetan on 05 Aug, he assured its shipped and I will get a update in 48 hours. I File a written complaint on 06 Aug ref no 3720160. Customer support responded by sending me a return form on 07 Aug 4 :30 PM . They had not even read my response. I had not received anything so how can I return ? Since then I have been calling up their support speaking to Pxxxxi, Axxxxxxk Yxxxxxv to look into the matter and confirm me if the merchant has actually shipped the item and if the tracking info is correct. All I was told is to wait for 48 hours for the shipment to arrive. They just moved the delivery date to 12 Aug.

I have paid a big amount of money and really worried about it feeling frustrated by the lack of ownership from shopclues.
