Delay in delivery by worldwide express courier

WorldWide Express Courier have collected consignment on 21st september and assured that it will be delievered to Kanpur along with tracking id. however we were neither provided with the tracking id nor given proper updates on whether the parcel has reached the destination. We have done around 30 phone calls from Monday to Thursday for requesting tracking id and status of the consignment however the response was very unprofessional and irresponsible and the company itself was not sure of the courier status. On Saturday 26th when we informed that we have lodged a complaint on consumer forum they started calling us back and asking for whether the courier has reached the destination or not. The courier was supposed to reach by 21st however it was delayed and did not serve the purpose. Address and contact details of the courier company are as below:
