Delay in delivery of consignment by Fedex couriers

This is regarding fedex courier service. I have ordered a shipment online which was scheduled to be delivered by fedex courier shipment no – 787953151702. According to the Ship Date mentioned in fedex courier website is 05/10/17. Till today i.e 17/10/17 13:00 hrs it has not reached to me. Current online status was showing as “Tendered to authorized agent for final delivery on 13/10/17. After sending written complaint also no response from Courier service. I have contacted over phone to them several times. They said because of bulk order i am getting it late. Every time i call them they say the same thing and till date i have not receive the shipment. This worst courier service i have been experienced. No customer support or value from this courier service. 3rd Class courier service
