I have placed an order for smart phone(Redmi 4, Black, 32GB) on Date: 4th – July – 2017. The order supposed to be delivered by Date: 10th July 2017 and today is 12th July 2017 but there is no updates for the same, even in the android application, it’s still showing expected delivery by 10th July 2017.
I had already called them and talked about the same to the Amazon Customer service, but they are not giving a damn to sort out my issue and even once they have interrupted my call by saying the package will be delivered within 24 to 48 hrs, even after that call it’s been more than 40hrs completed and I am yet to know about my order.
Please, help me out to sort out this issue.
