I have ordered for a samsung galaxy e5 (White colour) mobile through paytm on 17.05.15 ( Order number – 971104194) . I paid Rs 16,283 through my SBI debit card (Detail of transection I am giving below). On 22.05.15 I received that mobile in BLACK colour where as I booked it for WHITE colour. Then after consulting with paytm authority on that day (22/05/15) I resend the product to the seller as mentioned in the invoice copy through OVERNITE EXPRESS COURIER. But due to wrong contact number provided by the seller delivery was delayed and finally on 01/06/15 the product reached to seller. Paytm promised me to refund my money within 24 hrs. of delivery of the product . But till today ( 14/06/15) they have not refund my money back. In the mean time several times I have mailed as well as contacted with paytm but everytime they said wait for another 24-48 hrs to get refund but they did nothing from their end. In this case I lost every hope to get my money back. Therefore. I am requesting you to do something on my behalf so that I can get my money back. I am helpless plz do something.
