I am aged about 67 yrs old, widow of EX-IAF. I am drawing monthly family pension of RS.14662/- fro SBI. I had applied for a loan of Rs.200000/- from the above said Branch on dt, 19.01.2018. After going through all my documents as per their requirement the Branch Manager sanctioned a loan amount of RS.100000/-, but unfortunately the loan is still under process. Several times they called me and assured me of crediting the amount in my account but all in vain. The Br. Manager has gone through my account and said that my credit score is upto Rs.100000/-. Even in SBI Site it is clearly written that SR. Citizen Pension holder can avail loan from the age of 65yrs to 76 yrs, whereas along with Sr.Citizen I am also widow of EX defence personal. Under Jai Jawan Defence penson loan it is clearly written that a individual attaining more than 65 yrs old can avail loan with producing all the required documents.
