I made a request with ACT fibre net on 29th July 2016 that i have moved to new house and i would like to transfer my Internet Services to my new address they took my request and created a ticket for this one.

I was told that Someone tried to call me on Saturday 30th July but as i was busy i missed that call. I called them again on 3rd August to follow they said they are sorry for this and said that my issue will be resolved in 48 hrs now its been more than 48 hrs and i am still waiting for their response.

I have been without internet from last 10 days and i have made their payment 6 months in advacne, I took it with their supoort team but they are useless. No respone and resolution as yet.

And to my surprise they have closed the old ticket and created a new one stating that old was closed as the issue has been resolved successfully. How can they close the ticket without my concern.
So i would request you lodge and investigate this for me,
