Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.440: Ms. Shikha Tripathi of Mumbai 400022, Maharashtra ordered a saree and received an empty plastic bag with nothing inside. She registered her complaint with Snapdeal and also requested return. However, Snapdeal refused customer’s complaint by telling the the account would be suspended. Customer posted her complaint with ICF on 31-07-2017 and the matter was taken up with Snapdeal. After several follow-ups the customer finally got her refund by 18/08.

He posted a complaint with ICF on 20-01-2010 and ICF pursued the same with MakeMyTrip.com. Mr. Das got back his refund on 25-01-2010.
