I gave my complaint regarding headset issue to support@yuplaygod.com . now its been more than month now and they haven’t replaced the headset. I called the customers executive 100s of time. They just give useless excuses. They don’t solve the issue and give similar response asking me to wait for some more time. Initially they said wait for 15 days.. And again 15days..they don’t even transfer the call to senior officials. Its totally frustrating. Kindly solve my problem. I have got all the recordings and the mail.
