I bought a HUAWEI HONOR HOLLY (HU-19), 16 GB White colour from Flipkart.com on28/04/2015(28th of April 2015) wide invoice no.blr_wfid20150401008359 of value Rs. 6649.
On 30th of september(30/09/2015) I faced some Charging Problem in my device which was not turning on. So, on 1st October 2015, I went to Huawei authorised Service centre Situated In LAJPAT NAGAR DELHI

They asked me to deposit my mobile to them as there was some problem in the Mother Board of the device and I obliged to do so. They gave me Job Sheet wide no. LPT/HU/15/00496.
When I asked them for the time in which i will get my mobile back, they said that I will get back my mobile within 15 days. But whenever I called them , they either had hanged up line or didn’t pick up my calls. When I called on Huawei Care no.`18002096555, they registerd my complaint and Gave me complaint no. 15280610 and said that they will respond within 48 working hours, but they haven’t done so yet. Whenever I called they ask me to wait or 24 working hours and are not giving a satisfying reply to me. There is a lack of Response From the company and I’m facing problems without mobile as I don’t have any spare handset with me.
So, plase give me my mobile as early as possible, or Pay for the Damages caused to me.
