I am resident of hyderabad and purchased Micromax Knight A350 from Lot mobile on 12/10/2014, and within warranty period got a problem with display. For this i submitted my phone on 12/05/2015 at customer care (M/S Sri Dhatre Mobile) Hyderabad (Job Sheet no. S040358-0515-16597359), while accepting my phone he told me that it will take 25 days to resolve issue. After 25 days when i approached them i was told that it will take some more time and since then when ever i call them i will here that they have not received my phone from company and they have no idea when it will come. Finally i decided to register complaint with company on its site, for which i didnot receive any response from company. Then i called their customer care service center at delhi on 22/06/2015, executive there assured me that i will receive my phone within 15 days and on my behalf he filed complaint (complaint no. MMX220615507137). I patiently waited for 15 days and after that when i called them again i was once more given assurance that in 15 days i will definately get back my phone repaired. When i asked him what is company policy for repairing phone, he replied 20 days, but when i told you have already taken much more time then that, for this he had not answer and kept repeating the same thing. When i insisted for written assurance he disconnected my phone. Immediately i called same no. twice and every time some other person picked phone and after my repeating full details again phone was disconnected. I am fed up with their unprofessional behavior. Till day even after 90 days i haven’t got my phone back. Please help and guide me in this regard. Thank you
