I am using Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual which i had purchased on 6th May 2014 for 25000/-. Since i had issues with my phone and it was under warranty i gave it for repair at the authorised Sony Service Centre at Goa namely Nishant Enterprises, Borda Goa. I had given my phone for repair on the 5th of May 2015 just one day earlier before the expiry of warranty of my phone. Today it is 18th of May 2015. They have failed to deliver my phone. I kept calling them times but they gave silly excuses like parts are not yet come and etc. When i personally made a visit at the Service Centre my phone was just in the same state when i had given earlier. They have not yet done my phone instead delayed and also lied to me. As customers have right i want to know why they do take time in giving proper service. I am not the only one facing this issue, there are many customers who have issues with Nishant Enterprises at Goa-Margao. I feel they are playing with customers and they do not value customers. Please take this issue seriously. After giving the phone for repair they had to give me an computerized job sheet which they failed to give , instead they gave me a hand written job sheet.
