ON 21st Jul 2016, I placed and order to redeem the Edge Reward points accumulated against my Axis Bank credit card purchases. The two most expensive items are still outstanding. My order number is 1001775497. I have logged complaint with Axis Bank, vide service request number 24180711.

The items that are not yet supplied are

1. Naomi Mi 4i 16 GB set
2. Tupperware storage set

When placing the order, a PIN number based check indicated that all items will be provided within 5 business days. Later I saw that the T&C condition on the Axis Bank portal claims that delivery can take up to 13 days.

In response to my follow up, I got two communications from Axis bank on 10th Aug. One assured update in 3 days and the other one assured update in 4 days. Now it is past 5 days, and there is no news from Axis bank.

Axis Bank is not giving any clear reply on by when my items will be delivered, they just keep saying that they will update me when they have heard from the vendor. I have followed up with their Edge Reward support, the Credit Card Service support, as well as with Nodal Officer of the Axis Bank.

This has led to consequences of additional cost to get the items from alternate source, as well as the anxiety caused by the delay.

I need Axis Bank to give a clear reply to

1. When will the items be supplied to me
2. How will I be compensated for the delay
