Delayed delivery by Oyegifts

I had send a gift on oyegifts online site and was confirmed delivery on 18/10/17 and have charged a good amt for that. Surprisingly they showed parcel delivered which was not delivered. On calling them they initiated and the parcel was delivered on 21/10/17 without any intimation. The concerned person for whom the parcel was send is on diwali leave now, and now asking the site to refund the amt and get the parcel back is totally being denied.
