Delayed service by STYLETAG online shopping company

This is with regard to the online shopping company “styletag.com”, wherein i have placed my order online on Oct 18’2014 worth Rs 5794 with shipping charges as well. I was told by the company that i will receive my order maximum within 3-4 weeks, however to my disappointment i received my order about a month later that too incomplete items. I had ordered 5 items, however received just 1 and 4 are still pending. I had written a complaint to the company on their customer care email, however no response or contact is made by them. I tried calling their customer care number as well, however after the waiting of several minutes they disconnect the call. I am still waiting for my products for which i have already made the payment and shipping charges but there is no commitment by the company on their committed dates. Above all there is no apology or communication by the company for the delay of products or for informing the status of our products. this is one of the pathetic services and fraud company wherein after getting their payments they do not bother about the customer satisfaction and about redressing their grievances. Also there are no column on the website for placing our complaint in writing.

    The cutomer got refund and this issue has been resolved.
