I have given my Moto G 2 phone which was under warranty for repairing at Moto service centre on 16th September 2015. The centre person told me that my phone will be returned after 2-3 days. After 2 days he called me and said it will take 1 week to get spares for my phone. then i registered a complaint with Moto call centre (Complaint no. 150924/029778) on 26.09.2015 and they said that our team will call you in 24hrs time but i never got any call from motorola. After checking my mail, i got a notification that issue of my phone will be closed latest by 10.10.2015. It means after 25days of deposit phone at service centre. whenever i call call centre/ Service centre they says same thing that spares are not available. My question is motorola cannot arrange phone spares in 25 days then why they are selling such phones in market to let people suffer. Again after waiting till 10.10.2015 i called up call centre and they said you will get a call on 15.10.2015. What is this ???? I will only get a call on 15.10 after complete one month and still there is no surety when i will get phone repaired. Everytime they simply say we will get back to you in 1 week or so as if i don’t need my phone and they are not bothered for my sufferings…
I want a new phone as replacement as no customer can wait for 1 month for their phone which is a basic necessity for working peoples.
Appreciate your help to get this resolved at the earliest.
