Delayed shipment of Dell Vostro laptop

15th Aug – I ordered two Dell vostro laptop. Till now I have not received my delivery. Your delivery agent (safe Xpress) is not responding properly. I have not received a single call from you or your delivery agent. Today morning I was promised that my laptop would be delivered by tonight 7pm. If today I do not receive my laptop, I will cancel both my order tomorrow morning. My track id – 85207261 and 85207262.
