This is regarding the exchange offer of Redmi2 mobile in flipkart. I order Redmi2 in exchange offer on my residentioal address on 17th july15 after waiting till 24th i received mess. that my order is cancled by courier service as address is out of there delevered area. but 10 days before my friend of society received Redmi2 on same society address. Can you imagine that for one persone they can delever and for the other area is out of delevery area.
Also they confirm the delevery area trough Pincode then why the they are not mentioning the delevery area through the address entered by customer..
Its ok now my IMEI number is not deleted from there system till date that is 28/07/15 as the cancelation is done from there side after informing there customer care and mailing them on there email@example.com id and also to there COO Id . continious followup is done from 24th afternoon as i recieved the mess. There executive say sorry for this and every time says that it will take 24 to 48 Hrs. but from 24th july till date 28july there 24 hrs is not completed. And because of this i not be able to book the order again on my relative address.
I never say this typ of customer service which flipkart is giving to me, Flipkart is the worst shoping site i feel as when we are facing problem they never resolve it fast so that customer can book the same again.. This is not me i checked the review find there are many customer which are facing problem with services whose complaint are not resolved yet. This means that they are never checking there complaint. which the customer post on there mail…..
