I ordered an Electronic Microwave couple of weeks ago.Paytm(Seller) shipped by delhivery. They received my product at their hub which is about 17-18km away from me. They were not delivering my product so I asked their care executive whether I can pick product from their hub or not. He said no need of that I’ll make sure that product will be delivered in next 24 hours. They gave this shit reason upto 4 days and next day I got mail from paytm regarding refund. That was a gift purchased by me for my sister’s wedding. It was too irritating that I had to buy from local market again.
I let it go thinking there may be some problem so they failed to delivered.
Now I bought another product from paytm and they again shipped it by same courier, same issue is there. shipment is almost 7 days at their hub which is just 17-18km away from me.
