Delivery of defective wooden furniture by Flipkart vendor

I have placed order alex queen size engineered wood bed into flipkart payment has hdfc credit card 6 months EMI on 12th november 2017. That product is delivery is on 27th november 2017. On the day this product is goes to damege due to defect product and also made in Malaysia product that is not mention in the site description. We don’ t know this product is made in Malaysia.on the day 27th november 2017. I have given complite to flipkart this product is damaged and colour is defferent also making by Malaysia country. On 10th that seller techniciantechnician is come to visited after his uninstall the cot and he packed everything and kept in said of my house. The flipkart is raised refund but seller is reject the return approval. And he can not take back the product. and flipkart is not refunded with seller not taken back the cot. So kindly protect me. With refund and loss of my mony and bank intrast and all
