Delivery of Product from Mebelkart not received

I have ordered on 2 furniture and paid through my mobikwik wallet to them the furniture’s which I ordered are TV cabinet and shoe cabinet on 30th March. I was supposed to receive the delivery on 12th April 2016. On 18th April I receive a SMS that TV cabinet is delivered on or before 18.04.2016. I have not receive any delivery from them. When I call in their customer care no person was receiving the phone call and IVR was running. When I posted on their Facebook regarding the same after that they called me and told me that it was a miscommunication and you will receive the delivery by this week which is 22nd of April 2016 and the order of shoe rack is cancelled by them as because Unavailabilty of product and they will refund the money within 5 working days that is by tuesday 26th April 2016. As I have not receive any SMS and email I again asked the same about my order through Facebook now they are saying they have process the delivery through Gati Logistic and order ID is 509669812 when I am entering the same in Gati tracking Website it is showing invalid now when again I asked Mebelkart the same through Facebook they are saying we are looking in the matter and no reply. Moreover when I asked about my refund they are saying it will be initiated withing 7-9 working days. So over phone they are saying One thing in Facebook they are saying another. I seriously do not know if positively I will receive my product or not. Please help!
