1) I had received a defective and a different colored(as shown on order/site) a Tata Swach water purifier on 23rd oct. Hence I raised a replacement request but till now even after 20 days and despite repeated calls to customer care (7-8 times) there has been no pickup pf the item. When called they say their courier person told them that I wanted to postpone the pickup, But till date no one from the courier called or came to pickup the item. Then they assured everytime that it will be picked up by next day but still no one came for the pick up even after 20 days.

2) I received a defective and a non-genuine Cannon NB-5L battery pack on 12th Nov. Even it’s not the same one they show on the site or the order list. I raised a refund for the same the same day. No one came to pick it up and yesterday I received an sms saying that we tried contacting you but since you’re not available we’re closing this request. How can they do this when no one even gave me a call from snapdeal or courier. I called them up and told them that the two items are packed and kept at my home where people are available 24hrs, so they can come and pickup any time they feel like. But still no one came up for the pickup.

Firstly you’re sending a defective item and secondly you’re not bothering to replace or refund that upon receiving the request. What sort of professionalism is this. Is this not cheating your customers?
