I am using HDFC credit Card from last 10 years , regularly paying my outstanding from 10 years.In the month of Nov16 i payed my total outstanding of Rs 12250=00 and clear my credit card outstanding, I haven’t received any bill after Nov 16.
But from last 2 month they are asking to pay Rs 5300=00 is outstanding. I ask about statement but they are not able to provide any statement.They are saying this is the late fees and interest charges of your Card which is not paid. This is not acceptable. Please help me how to resolve this issues or suggest how to take legal action against this people.
