Deplorable service by Snapdeal

I placed a orderfor Ben Carter White Cotton Full Sleeves Formal Shirt at Snapdeal online shopping on 28/10/2015 and paid Rs.549/- through Axis Bank internet banking. Order No. is 9579959830.

I received the order on 3/11/2015. It was worst, used ,dirty and foul smelling shirt. On 3/11/2015 I filed a return request and it’s No. is 11597549. To this request Snapdeal replied that a courier agent will come to pick up the returned item in next 3 days, but nobody came.

Then I my self returned the item as per instructions through Indian Speed Post to given address on 13/11/2015 and it’s tracking No. is EM297930727IN. It has been delivered on 19/11/2015. Snapdeal paid Rs.67/- in my free charge account on 19/11/2015 as I have spent this amount as courier charges for returning the item. But, I didn’t receive refund.
Instead Snapdeal replaced the same worst shirt to meon 5/12/2015. Then I called Snapdeal customer Care and filed another complaint regarding this to return. The complaint No. is 11597549. Snapdeal asked me to return the same item again. Now I do not want to send it again and waste my money for shipping only. I want my refund.
