I have prchased a SONY Bravia 32″ LED TV on 17th May-16 from EBAY through online netbanking cash payment but when I got this LED, I saw this is not actual what described at the time of purchase. it is a normal sony led and it is in damage condition too. I asked the seller, provided by EBAY, to change this item as soon as posible but did not get response. I made a claim for the same in EBAY and it was going on well. But the seller was calling me continouesly to withdraw the claim but I did not. On saturday, 11th June-16, the EBAY team called me regarding thius matter and discussed that I can closed this claim and the seller will exchange the item. If the seller did not do this, then I can reopen this claim again. So I closed the claim but did not solution from the seller. I contacted again EBAY to reopen the claim then, 1stly, they have denyed to reopen the claim. after conversation sometimes, they had agree to do it but today is 19th Jun-16, still it is not opened by them. I need your help to resolution this matter. please help me.
