Different product delivered by Shopclues

I have placed and online order from Shopclues. com on the 30/05/2017 at. 4:47pm for replacement faceplate panel back body housing for Nokia Lumia 710 Black Order No 117395736 and the product is delivered on the 6/06/2017 from Xpressbees Courier and i found that the product received is not according to the specification provided by the Shopclues and therefore i have send a request return to the shopclues but they denied for the returned and I have send several complain on the same day that the product is delivered but they are not responding. Please help me to get my return as soon as possible.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
