Myself Rohan Deepak Pathare, we have a cable services of Hathway which is not working from last 1 month. we created a ticket in next 2 days of the same, technichians came and said it will be resumed in a weeks time but till now no answer from.

Due frustration , i raised another ticket 633643 on 5th Oct 2014 for the same, and telecaller said technichian will be there in 24 hrs but no body arrrived, on same day i raised another ticket 633853 to stop the services and refund, on which i did not received any response hence i called again on last saturday and asked them TAT for the billing department operator said it is 24hrs, so i’m not whether their clock ticks or not, and specifcaaly asked operator to ask the billing department to call me in next 30 mins as i had other appointment lined up.

So request you take and appropriate action against it.

As well I wish to apply for compensation for times me and parents invested for following them and cancelling other appointment, as well require my refund amount ASAP
