Disconnection of MTS broadband even after paying the bill

I am an user of MTS broad band. MTS has drawn a bill amounting to Rs.529/- for the month of Sept. 2015. Although I paid the same bill by cheque through State Bank of India for Rs.600/- (which is more than the billled amount). The cheque cleared from my account on 23.9.2015. The representative who called me to clear my dues I have my details of payment and requested to check it up from their records. Surprising inspite of checking it up from their side they disconnected the above connenction putting me into trouble. I wrote to their customer care to restore the connection but without any result. I want help of the responsible person of MTS India to resolve my issue.

    Dear customer, we would request you to please share the 10 digit MTS number along with concern at customercare@mtsindia.in to resolve the issue.
