I M.Balakrishna Raju is having a corporate airtel mobile connection since last 4-years.
I had activated 4gb data plan during the month of November-15 and same was de-activated on 24th November with service change order number-509063678 .
Even though i did not used these 4gb data plan from 24th November to 19th December, they are including in the charges for the same in the month of December.
When i called airtel customer care and asked the same they say i have to call them on 19th November and have to de-activate 4gb data plan. Otherwise they say it is a default plan and the same will be charged every month.
I do not understand without my knowledge how come there can be default data plans into my account and charge the same every month.
I am enclosing the bill for the month of Nov-15 in which i had activated 4gb data plan and paid for the service. Also i am enclosing my December bill. Please resolve the problem.
