Discrepancy in PAN correction by e-Mudra Services

I had applied for my PAN correction through online to e-mudra services Ltd. According I had sent them the hard copies of the documents along with the soft copies and also made the required payment through e-mode. Regarding this I been regularly following up over email and telephone. But since the date they had received the required document on 14/08/2015 (as per the Indian Post track record) they are not giving any response and tried to avoid from the matter. So, hereby I request you to kindly look into the matter. I have attached some of the email that I had conveyed to them. Thank you.
