Sir I called dish customer care on 11/Oct/2017 at round 2:44 to 2:50 pm and my call was picked by a lady. I asked her about recharge for one year. She said that one year recharge you will get 20% discount, I can pay Rs 2388/- in which I will get 2 or 2 half months extra as discounted money will be adjusted. Or I can pay Rs 1910/- the discounted money only in which I will get 12 months validity.
Then my son sandeep, used dish tv android app to do recharge. In that app he was shown 20% discount and amount was Rs 1910/- and he done the payment with debit card.
Now we haven’t got 20% discount as we got validity upto 01/Aug/2018. My son mailed them they said you got 10% discount. So sir we got any discount and please solve are issue. They are making customer fool.
