On 24th June 2015, I ordered for DishTV HD+ and paid 1700 INR through online transaction. This is the booking reference number 550212.
After 2 days the technician visited and confirmed that due to unavailability of south east location the connection cannot be established, hence the money will be refunded to your account within 2-3 days.
I keep calling the customer care and they harassing me to wait to talk with their superior instead of resolving the issues. Even the ticket has been raised and told me to wait for 24 Hr.
Today it’s 09-07-2015 and nothing has been done. Kindly, help me to get back my money from DishTV.
