Display and ghost touch issue with Moto G4

I purchased Moto G4 on 1st Feb 2017 at Pune. The phone used to get hanged and touch was not working properly and so I visited the service center for repair. I visited BM Service center Nal Stop Pune. The service center replaced the touch and returned the phone. Again next day I was getting ghost touch issue in my phone. The service center then was not even ready to consider this as an issue. Later they kept phone for 4 days and returned me without fixing the issue. Not Moto Support is not ready to help nor the service center. I am asking for the replacement of my phone which they are denying.
