I purchased a 4ocm LED television and my display panel went off in 18 months. No fault at our side like voltage fluctuation etc. Though technically the warranty got lapsed, the company cannot absolve from its moral responsibility and ask me to shell out 50% of the cost of television (Rs.25000). After mailing to the CEO desk, I had been communicated back stating that the best possible solution offered to me is to service my television by paying the full amount of the display. Highly callous and irresponsible customer care and post warranty servicing. Highly unethical. Tall claims on quality and customer care but in reality,very poor and disappointing.
