Dissatisfied with the service of homeshop18

I ordered on 30th August 2015 two pieces of Carolina Herrera Classic Pour Homme EdT for Men -100ml from homeshop18 by paying Rs. 1450/-. The order no. is 976094867. My brother received the order on 4th september 2015 but he did not opened the pack till 13th september 2015 as this date is very special for him and a lot of sentiments attached to that.

On 13th september while Opening the pack he found one of the item ordered. I ordered for my brothers as a rakhi gift. my brother informed me about the issue. I filed a complaint against homeshop18 on 13th september2015. on 14th september I received a mail from them that they will not do anything as I needed to complain within 48 hours from the delivery date.

I agree there was a loophole from our side. still I feel I was cheated as they did not check the items before packing. on the delivery receipt 2 items were mentioned. As customers we have trust on our shopping com-panies. So we did not check on the day of delivery.

I do not wih the refund instead I need homeshop18 must deliver another piece of Carolina Herrera Classic Pour Homme EdT for men -100ml to my brother’s address as i made the payment for that. Please help me in this regard.
