I was supposed to get a courier via blue dart from IDP (IELTS exam) which was expected to reach me within 48 hrs of payment made to them. The courier company did not even call me and they returned my shipment telling that they do not have a delivery center in Noida extension. Due to which my brother has lost a lot of time for preparing for his exam as the study material is not yet delivered and his exam is on 26 sep.

My shipment no is -47575276965. I want some strict action against them. The customer care agent, Sxxxxi was very casual in her approach and she kept me waiting on the line for first 5mins of the call conversing with other person. If they could have called me I would have collected my order personally from them in some other center in Noida.

Please file a complaint against them.
