Document not delivered by Ecom Shipping couriers

I had sent two envelopes, to be delivered separately, to HSBC Bank Coventry, one to be delivered to ZIP code CV3 2BR and other to be delivered to ZIP Code. CV3 9HW through E-COM SHIPPING SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD , through there local subagent , who charged me Rd 1055/ for each envelope, and issued me AWB NO 786020467 and AWB NO 786020468. In the TRACKING Record AWB No 786020468 is shown as delivered, and no records found is shown for the other.their customer service representative at Delhi says the AWB NUMBER 786020467 is not available in their records. I have told them to check with your Surat office but no action is being taken.
