Double bill generated by Vodafone for the same period

I am a vodafone user. The complain us of the time when i was a pospaid vodafone customer. My bill was generated high because of roming and my service were being blocked by the company on 8/9 of dec. And after when i returned from mumbai to pune. I asked about the bill and everything and i went to pay my bill. When i talked to the customer executive on 8/ 9 of dec. They told me that your bill is 800 something rs.
And when i reached to pay my bill in pune khotrud store, they told me that your bill is 967 rs. I asked them why then they told me that because of your postpaid rental plan you have been charged according to per day charges. And i paid my half bill from cash using the vodafone machine. And hafl of my bill was to be settled as i have deposited 500 rs to them. So this bill was of till 14 dec.
Now yesterday 19 dec. They terminated my services and i went to the store about the problem. Then they told me that your bill is pending and told me to pay the bill. And i was not informed or no bill letter came to me about giving me the information about this charges. Now they say me that your bill from 9 dec to 16 dec is pending which is 376 rs. Plzz pay this bill and we will start your service. But i have told them to change my sim to prepaid on 14 and they did it late. And why do i pay my bill twice.
