Pls help to resolve my issue. I have face the problem from last 41 days.I refill the petrol of Rs 1000 on 6th aug 2016 from bharat petroleum in Mansa devi Complex near Dolphin Chowk Panchkula. i swapped the Debit Card of Yes bank for payment but 1st time transaction was failed but amount deducted from my saving account & reversal not recvd .then I pay again of Rs 1000 & 2nd Transaction is successful.I raised a Complaint against the 1st Unsuccess Transaction on 7th Aug on Contact Center of Yes Bank.Complaint no is 1113173 and TAT was given by Bank agent was 32 days.Still the time Complaint is under process (Open),
Pls help to close this issue on urgent basis.
